Hands on founding Diretor and CEO of numeriouse projects, charities and social enterprises enabling people to recognise and release their social and vocational potential. A wide and varied multi-cultural experiance in social inclusion, cross-sector partnering, corporate social responsibility and consulting to local and national Government Departments.
His main area of interest today is developing the next generation of social reformers and the evolvement of Behavioural Change Social Architecture to help All live better and more contributive lives. He has 3 grown children

 

 

 Andrew Taylor ProfileAndrew Taylor  -  34 years in the Post Office in senior personnel and operational line management, leading one of the UK's primary operational Hubs.1983 he became involved with Self-Organised Learning (SOL) when The Centre for the Study of Human Learning (CSHL) commenced a 7-year action research study with the Royal Mail. In 1997 he was awarded a PhD in Personal-Centred Human Learning. Introducing SOL into social businesses and charities, Her Majesty’s Prison Service for Young Offenders and a Leadership Development Programme for the Diocese of Oxford, UK. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, British Psychological Society, a Visiting Lecturer at Westminster Business School and is married to Lorna with two daughters.

 

Alastair Profile PicAlastair Mitchell- Baker  -  An experienced organisational consultant, specialising over the last seven years in strategic management and organisation development and design. He is a founding director of Tricordant Limited, an organisational consultancy. He worked for 15 years in senior roles in the National Health Service, including that of Chief Executive of West Berkshire Priority Care Service Trust and a Director of Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospitals Trust. He is a Natural Science graduate of Cambridge, Non-executive Director of the South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust, and an Associate Board member of NHS National Technology Adoption Hub. He is an elder of his Reading-based church and is married to Jane with two sons.
